Privacy policy

Voil runs the speaker ritual on your device. This policy explains what we collect, what we do not collect, and how to reach us. It is published for App Store and Google Play transparency.

1. Data we collect

  • Ritual history, clarity score and preferences (haptic, keep screen awake) stay on this device.
  • The microphone is used only on Diagnostics, with your permission, to measure level. Audio is not sent to a server and is not used to identify you.
  • Subscription status is verified by Apple or Google billing. Card details never reach Voil.

2. Data we do not collect

We do not ask for an account, email, location, contacts or advertising ID. There is no third-party analytics or ads SDK. We do not sell personal data.

3. Retention

Local data remains until you delete the app or use Settings → Delete my data. Uninstalling the app removes local ritual history on that device.

4. Account

There is no cloud account today. If one is added later, deletion will remain in Settings and at voil.online/legal/delete-account.

5. Children

Voil is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Voil, hoparlör temizleme ritüelini cihazında çalıştırır. Bu metin App Store ve Google Play şeffaflığı için yayınlanır.

1. Topladığımız veriler

  • Ritüel geçmişi, netlik skoru ve tercihler (haptic, ekranı uyanık tut) yalnızca bu cihazda tutulur.
  • Mikrofon yalnızca Teşhis ekranında, sen izin verdiğinde, ses seviyesini ölçmek için kullanılır. Ses bir sunucuya gönderilmez.
  • Abonelik durumu Apple veya Google faturalama ile doğrulanır. Kart bilgisi Voil’e gelmez.

2. Toplamadığımız veriler

Hesap, e-posta, konum, rehber veya reklam kimliği istemeyiz. Üçüncü taraf analitik veya reklam SDK’sı yoktur. Kişisel veri satmayız.

3. Saklama

Yerel veriler uygulamayı silene veya Ayarlar → Verilerimi sil yolunu kullanana kadar kalır.

4. Hesap

Şu an bulut hesabı yoktur. Yarın hesap açılırsa silme yolu Ayarlar içinde ve voil.online/legal/delete-account adresinde kalır.

5. Çocuklar

Voil 13 yaşından küçük çocuklara yönelik değildir. Çocuklardan bilerek kişisel veri toplamayız.
