Delete account and data

Voil does not create a cloud account. Ritual history, clarity score and preferences live only on the device.

In the app

Open Settings → Delete my data. This permanently removes local ritual history and scores on that device.

If the app is already uninstalled

Uninstalling Voil removes local data on that phone. If you still need help, write to [email protected] with the subject “Voil data deletion”. We do not hold a server copy of your ritual history to erase.

Subscriptions

Deleting data does not cancel Voil Pro. Billing stays with Apple or Google until you cancel in the store:

iOS: Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions
Android: Google Play → Payments & subscriptions

Ayarlar → Verilerimi sil. Bu, o cihazdaki yerel ritüel geçmişini ve skoru kalıcı kaldırır.

Uygulama silindiyse

Voil’i kaldırmak o telefondaki yerel veriyi siler. Hâlâ yardıma ihtiyacın varsa [email protected] adresine “Voil veri silme” konu başlığıyla yaz. Sunucuda silinecek bir ritüel geçmişi tutmuyoruz.

Abonelik

Veri silmek Voil Pro’yu iptal etmez. Faturalama, mağazadan iptal edene kadar Apple veya Google’da kalır:
